LongTrace Software

With the aid of LongTrace, a free online software, most of Laragen's sequences can reach up to 1100 bp. You can download an example of a long read trace file.

Free Pick Up Service for USC

USC customers can drop samples at the Irani Building (RRI), room 201. We pick up samples from the USC main campus on Monday, Wednesday and Friday morning.

If you have more 30 samples, please call us and we will pick them up on Tuesday and Thursday.  

Laragen also provides free Bigdye cleanup for ready-to-run samples. With the DNALIMS system, sequencing results are ready to download the next morning. Some sequences may even be downloaded the same night.

The repeat request submitted before 1:00 pm will be done on the same day. The repeat request submitted after 1:00 pm will be done next day.

Laragen also routinely provides free pick-up services for UCLA, Caltech and Cedars Sinai Hospital. Special pickup arrangements can also be made for other clients from the Metro Los Angeles area.
