LongTrace Software

With the aid of LongTrace, a free online software, most of Laragen's sequences can reach up to 1100 bp. You can download an example of a long read trace file.

Free Pick Up Service for UCI

Laragen has two drop boxes at the UC Irvine campus:

1) Med Surge II, Rm 355, 
2) Natural Sciences I, Rm 2403.

Please drop the samples off before 3:00 pm to ensure the same day shipping.

Laragen also provides free Bigdye cleanup for ready-to-run samples. With the new DNALIMS system, sequencing results are ready to download the next morning. Some sequences may even be downloaded the same night.

The repeat request submitted before 1:00 pm will be done on the same day. The repeat request submitted after 1:00 pm will be done next day.

Laragen provides free pick-up services for UCLA, Caltech, USC Main Campus and Cedars Sinai Hospital. Special pickup arrangements can also be made for other clients from the Metro Los Angeles area.
