SNP Genotyping
Laragen offers low to medium throughput SNP genotyping by the following three platforms.
- SNP genotyping by re-sequencing analysis
- SNP genotyping by TaqMan allelic discrimination analysis
- SNP genotyping by ABI SnapShot (coming soon)
Depending on your projects, we will help you to design a suitable SNP genotyping methodology.
Sample Requirements:
We need 10 to 15 ul of 20 ng/ul DNA samples in either 8 strip PCR tubes or 96-well plates. Please seal the 96-well plate with caps, foil tape or heat seal tape to avoid possible cross contamination and sample evaporation. Please label on the side of tubes or plates. Don’t label on the top (seal or caps) of tubes or plates.
For 96-well plates, please arrange samples by the columns, not by the rows. No spaces or illegal characters allowed in the sample name. Allowable characters include: a - z, A - Z, 0 - 9, and hyphens.
Send a hard copy of SNP genotyping request form with your samples and email us an electronic copy to info@laragen.com. Sample can be shipped at room temperature. Our address is:
