qPCR Services
Laragen‘s qPCR services are based on the AB 7900HT platform. We accept both ready to run and full services qPCR services. With ready to run qPCR services, clients will do all the PCR setup and we will run it with our AB 7900HT (either in 384 or in 96 plate format) per client’s requirements. We have different level services for qPCR. Please contact us for detailed information.
Laragen offers the following qPCR services:
- TaqMan based gene expression assays
- TaqMan based SNP genotyping by allelic discrimination
- TaqMan based copy number analysis
- TaqMan based transgenic mouse genotyping
- TaqMan based microRNA analysis and micro fluidic cards analysis (coming soon)
